Time out-Relaxing with Thalgo -Bath at Home

You can make your own thalgo perth spa treatments at home quite easily. I do it all the time. Here's how to create an amazing bath in just a few steps.

First, Create Ambiance

All spas have ambiance. To create yours, try lighting candles and placing them around the bathroom. It's nice to have something to do, as well. I have watched Downton Abbey and caught up on Netflix while in the tub (I cart in a chair and prop my Mac on it), I've read books and magazines (these do tend to get wet, so keep a hand towel nearby), and I've listened to music. Canndels are a must. The thalgo range is beautiful. Do whatever pleases you most.

And don't forget your beverage of choice. Hot tea, a glass of wine, even hot cocoa are all great comfort drinks while taking a bath.

Most importantly, kindly ask your family to give you privacy. The biggest ambiance buzz kill would be kids beating on the door wanting in, I'd think.

Start With a Cup of Bath Salts

I like to pour in unscented bath salts or Epsom salts in my bath. Bath salts are great for sore muscles. I like them because I think they make the bath water feel somehow softer.

Thalgo Bath pebbles for Scent and hydration

Thalgo Bath pebble is especially great for putting you in a sleepy mood.

Or, Skip the Essential Oils, & Try a Bath Oil

If I'm not putting in essential oils, I'll use Thalgo Bath scented Oil. I find the protect my skin from the bad effects of hot bathwater and you smell amazing.

Don't Forget Something for Your Head

I used to have a plastic bath pillow that suction-cupped onto my tub. You can also roll up a hand towel to put under your neck to make your spa bath more luxurious.

Spread a Face Mask on While You Bath

Great suggestion the Thalgo moisture mask for great hydration and relax the skin. And to top to off I love the thalgo eye patches, they make your eyes feel amazing.
