Well the silly season is upon us. We have blinked and here we are again! We have two choices when it comes to Christmas – loath it and moan, or what I prefer to do, which is embrace it for its excitement, energy and meaning.

I feel the spa has a special energy at this time of year, the weather is just right and people are out and about spending time making memories with family and friends. So this month make sure you get amongst it and enjoy it! Get organised now so that Christmas is not a stress but a joy. Preparation is definitely the key.
